Rassistischen Angriffe bis zum Mord im Iran

In April 2024, as a result of a fire in a workers‘ rest area at a construction project near the East Terminal of Tehran, six workers burned in the flames and lost their lives.
All six workers were Afghan migrants exploited as bonded labourers in projects related to bourgeois exploitation and were deprived of any human rights.
In cases like these, where the workers‘ fault is declared without the need for any expert investigation, no compensation is paid to the families of the deceased workers. Protesting against this injustice could lead to the expulsion of families from Iran.
In fact, in such cases, along with the worker, a chain of individuals dependent on the insufficient wages of migrant workers ceases to exist.
